Is there a paint for polymer clay beads that gived a sugary texture?

Hi, you can obtain a sugary look to polymer clay by coating your unbaked pieces with 'clear glitter' and baking them.

The glitter will 'pop' in the oven and resemble a sugar coating.

I've listed a link on Etsy where you can see how this looks on my 'gumdrop' candies. Fooled a lot of people. :o)Is there a paint for polymer clay beads that gived a sugary texture?
I'm just getting started with polymer clay but I have found a lot of information on these two sites.

There are specialty paints at large hardware and paint stores that may have textured paint.

However I usually paint the item (with paint or a clear drying glue) and while the paint is still wet sprinkle it with coarse glitter or clean white beach sand. Once completely dry it can then be varnished or painted in your chosen colour.
