Go to home depot, there are two different things, as one person said already you can use knockdown texture that comes in a spray can but, that stuff is messy and difficult and you have to wait fot it to dry, etc. Best thing ever, there is a patch, like a drywall patch that already has the texture on it! It comes in many different textures, from just a little bit to alot. At home depot it is in the paint department by the drywall patches, I use them and LOVE them, it is so easy.. Just apply it then paint over it and you are done :%26gt; Click the link below and you can see exactly what I am talking about and like I said it comes in many different textures. How can i touch up textured wall paint?
Do you mean textured as in Stucco or decorative plaster work or as in a visually textured like a decorative painting technique? How can i touch up textured wall paint?
See what happens if you don't read things carefully. Yes, you can touch up textured paint but you have to do some test patches on a piece of scrap material until you get the results you want. This can take some time for an amateur. I speak from experience. I eventually got it right but like I said do the test boards first.
Yes, with a little practice. If it is ';knockdown'; texture, they sell repair kits in spray cans. Works really well.
If the texture is gone there are spray texture solutions available at hardware stores and home suppliers.
