i don't have photoshop or paintshop pro

Yup I do it all the time! It tends to look kind of cheesy though, so I would recommend Adobe Photoshop if you have it.Can i use paint to edit colours and textures on sims 2 body shop?
I wouldn't use Paint as it is very limited in what it can do. You should use GIMP. It is Open Source (free to obtain and share with others) and is as powerful as Photoshop.
