Streaks not just where we used Kilz but on whole ceiling. Used roller with pole. Should we use roller by hand? Given up rolling in straight lines and am now crisscrossing and using a ton of paint.Ceiling H2O damage. Kilzed. Painted 5 times with roller but sunlight shows streaks. Flat paint no texture?
I always paint in W's.
