This is at my work- the floor is painted a light tan color, and since it has sand texture, it tears up the mop head and leaves fluff all over the floor. It is the first room customers see upon entering the building, so it needs to look good. A floor buffer/scrubber that you can rent or hire a professional to do. You can also repaint the floor a darker color so you can clean it less often as the dirt will be less obvious.
