I have a textured walls and want to paint over them what is the best method to paint textured walls?

Same as you would paint a smooth wall. Cut with a brush, then roll the rest of the wall. The nap of the roller would depend on the type of texture. Most are fine with a 1/2'; nap. Use a 1/2 nap lambs wool roller cover. I do this all day long. good luck
