We painted burlap once with a little bit of paint in latex glazing liquid. It gave a very interesting effect. Whoa to whoever tries to remove the burlap.I have wallpaper that has a burlap texture how can i paint it or add color to it?
If you like the pattern you can use a color glaze and wash over the wallpaper. But be careful what you do because moisture can loosen wallpaper. If painting it is what you want. Use a wallcovering primer first then paint. You will need a 3/4 or 1 inch roller cover and then you could wash some other contrasting glaze color over.
Paint it with a thick roller for the base colour then use a smooth gloss roller with another colour so that only the raised part is coloured.
